Luxe aluminum alloy gravity casting, pour molten aluminum water into the steel mold, by the force of gravity, into the mold cavity. After naturally cooling and shaping, aluminum alloy castings without any porosity and sand holes were obtained. Aluminum alloy castings made by this method are compact inside, and with high dimensional accuracy, beautiful appearance, good density and high strength. Especially we can do T6 heat treatment, so that the aluminum castings have high strength, hardness and elongation.
