Investment casting is a metal-forming technique, which usually uses heat-resistant ceramic material attached to wax mold to form ceramic mold. After the mold is dried, the wax material is heated and melted, and the cavity mold is made. Then inject the molten metal into a preheated ceramic mold to form a cast.

The advantages of Investment casting are obvious. This technique can reduce the second-process after casting, and  during the life cycle of the mold tens of thousands of wax mold can be produced, thus the consumption of each product mold in multiple production can be cut down. Investment casting technique can be widely used in a variety of alloy, parts produced have precision and smooth surface, low dimensional tolerance, and thin-walled castings can be produced to reduce the weight of casts. Because of its flexibility, parts of almost any size or complexity can be produced. And it can reach a high level of tolerance other methods can not reach.

We can cast more than 100 different kinds of black and non-ferrous alloys and at the same time meet the special demands of customers. We are able to produce Near net shape castings with complex sizes and shapes, minimizing the need for secondary processing. Our high-end equipments and automatic process control ensure that the castings have stable quality and dimensional accuracy, the dimensional tolerance has reached ±0.1mm tolerance. We produce a wide range of investment casting size, the minimum size can be 10 mm long, 10 mm wide, 10 mm high, the minimum weight is 0.01 kg, the maximum size can be up to 1000 mm long, 100 kg weight.
